These terms govern the use of Wakama’s public website and its information forms. They do not replace contracts, confidentiality agreements or specific terms concluded with client institutions for access to platforms and services.

You agree to use the website lawfully: not to disrupt its services, bypass its protections, access unauthorized information or submit misleading or abusive requests.

The information on the website, including the demonstrations of scoring, agricultural monitoring, risk analysis and geospatial data, is informative and fictional. It is not an offer of a loan, insurance or investment, personalized financial advice, or a decision binding on an institution.

Wakama provides technology and agricultural information services to professional organizations. It does not lend, insure, or decide on credit or compensation: those decisions remain with the institution concerned.

Submitting a form starts a commercial or institutional follow-up. It does not conclude a contract, create any right to financing, or oblige Wakama to answer within a set time absent a written commitment.

Wakama’s content and third-party trademarks are covered in the legal notice. Reproduction beyond authorized uses requires the owner’s consent.

Wakama may change the website’s content and features in accordance with the law and contracts. Linked sites are the responsibility of their own operators.

The processing of data entered in the forms is described in the privacy policy.

These terms are interpreted under Ivorian law, subject to applicable mandatory rules and to contracts concluded between the parties.
