Wakama may act in a different role on platforms operated for client institutions. Those processing activities are covered by the documents specific to each engagement, not by this policy.

Depending on the form: name, job title, organization, professional email address, country or area, the subject and content of your message, language, request reference and, where applicable, campaign parameters (UTM) present in the link you arrived from.

To prevent abuse, the website processes strictly necessary technical data (for example the IP address, the time taken to fill in the form and a trap field), and does not include it in the internal notification.

This data is used to receive and handle your demo, pilot or investor contact request, to send you a transactional acknowledgement, to protect the forms against abuse and to measure the origin of requests in aggregate.

Submitting a form does not subscribe you to any newsletter or prospecting campaign. Any separate marketing purpose will be disclosed and, where the law requires, subject to separate consent.

The processing rests on your voluntary step: you fill in the form to be contacted about a demonstration, a pilot or an investor discussion. The data requested is limited to what is useful to answer your request.

Requests are sent to the authorized Wakama team. They transit through Zoho business email and the website’s technical hosting. A copy of the notification may be sent to an internal inbox managed by management.

Wakama does not sell contact data. Aggregate audience measurement is provided by Umami Cloud.

Email, hosting, content delivery and audience measurement providers may process data outside Côte d’Ivoire. These providers may process data in particular in the European Union and the United States. The applicable safeguards follow each provider’s contractual terms.

Demonstration, pilot and investor requests are kept for at most 24 months after the last exchange with you, then deleted, unless the law requires otherwise or a contract is in progress. The form’s technical logs hold only the reference, the request type and the sending status, never the message content.

Wakama applies technical and organizational measures suited to the processing carried out: access control, credential confidentiality, encrypted exchanges and abuse limitation. This statement is not a certification.

You may request access to your data, ask for its rectification, object to its processing and, under the conditions set by law, obtain its deletion. Write to contact@wakama.farm. A proportionate identity check may be requested.

The website does not set advertising cookies. A single technical cookie, needed to display the site in your language (language preference), may be stored. Campaign parameters are kept in your browser’s session memory and disappear when you close the tab. They are only transmitted if you submit a form.

Umami Cloud audience measurement is aggregate. This section will be updated if new trackers are enabled.
